Joanna Kopczyńska-Staszak has been working in the HR field since 2017. Joanna began their career as a Junior HR Consultant at HR Executive Sp. z o.o. where they conducted recruitment activities and participated in AC sessions as an assessor. In 2018, they joined Cleeng as an HR Manager and HR Specialist. In this role, they co-created a global HR strategy, development plans, and incentive systems for the whole organization, as well as handled recruitment and selection.

Joanna Kopczyńska-Staszak has a Master's degree in General Law Studies from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, which they earned from 2012 to 2017. Joanna also studied Psychology in Business at Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2018 to 2019, and Human Resourcers Management at Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2017 to 2018.
