Eliana Cottle has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development, with a focus on technical training and competency management. Eliana currently holds the position of Director of Learning and Development at Cleaver-Brooks, where they are responsible for overseeing learning initiatives within the organization. Prior to this, Cottle worked at Honeywell as the Content Development & Competency Manager, where they managed the creation, management, and delivery of learning materials. Eliana also held the role of Program Manager - Competency Management at Honeywell. Cottle's earlier experience includes roles at Halliburton, where they served as the HAL-BHI Integration Product Manager for Drilling Service/Drill Bits in North and Latin America, Gulf of Mexico Manager for Formation Reservoir Solutions, and Global Technical Development Manager for Talent Management. Eliana also worked as a Technical Development Manager at Halliburton, where they designed training programs and managed talent acquisition. Cottle's earlier experience includes roles at Baker as an MWD/LWD Reliability Engineer and R&M M/LWD Technician.
