Marina Stinely serves as a Partner at Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs LLC since September 2019, having previously held the positions of Counsel and Associate within the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Rosemary E. Ramsay at The Superior Court of New Jersey and a Legal Intern at O'Donnell Law LLC. Additionally, Marina has gained valuable legal experience through various internships and clerkships, including roles at the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University and a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
