John Mogar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. John currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Clearwave Corporation, where they are responsible for assessing and optimizing sales strategies to achieve growth targets. Prior to this, John worked at ADP for ten years as a Sales Director, Global Enterprise Solutions, leading multiple teams and implementing various sales training programs and strategies. Before joining ADP, they served as the Executive Vice President at JenDer Inc. From 2000 to 2004, John co-founded and held the position of President at Interlink Capital, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning, raising capital, and developing innovative financial products. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Vice President at Actrade Capital, overseeing global sales and marketing efforts. John began their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 1986 and had a successful tenure, rising through the ranks and achieving remarkable sales records and leadership accomplishments. Throughout their career, John has consistently exceeded sales targets, developed high-performing teams, and contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

John Mogar attended Mentor High School from 1978 to 1981. Later, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the UNLV Lee Business School from 1981 to 1985.
