John Santana has a diverse work experience in the consulting industry. John is currently working at Clearwater as a Principal Consultant since September 2022 and had previously worked as a Consultant from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, they were employed at Formos Consulting as a Consultant from June 2019 to July 2021, where they acted as a System Administrator for the WaveFire platform and led a large-scale HIPAA SRA Project. Furthermore, John gained project management experience as a Project Management Assistant Intern at CoreCivic from March 2018 to May 2019, where they worked on software implementation and vendor management.

John Santana began their education at Trinity Christian Academy, where they obtained an Honors GED between the years 2011 and 2015. John then attended Jackson State Community College from 2015 to 2017 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in General Studies. After that, John pursued their Bachelor's of Business Administration in Information Systems at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as the CCSFP from HITRUST in April 2022 and completed the Dale Carnegie Course at Dale Carnegie Training in November 2017.
