Sherri Baker currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Clearwater Paper Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sherri held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hyliion from February 2021 to September 2022, where a focus was placed on advancing environmentally sustainable transportation solutions. Sherri's extensive background includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PGT Innovations, along with a progressive tenure at Dean Foods that included multiple vice president roles in commercial finance, investor relations, and distribution finance, managing comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Frito Lay Inc., where responsibilities spanned financial leadership on product innovation, procurement FP&A, and strategic sourcing systems. Sherri holds both BS and MS degrees in Accounting with a managerial emphasis from the University of North Texas.
