Randy Cooper, CLU, ChFC, CLF is a Master Captain with experience at Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Coastal Cruising, LLC. Randy retired as V.P./Head of Life Distribution at Farmers Insurance after holding various managerial positions within the company. Randy holds an MBA from Avila University and a BA from Ottawa University. Randy is also a Master Captain 50 Ton from The American College of Financial Services.
