Wesley Fell-Smith has extensive work experience in the corporate finance and advisory services sector. Wesley started their career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Baker Tilly in 2002, followed by a role as an Investment Accountant at Bank of New York in 2004. Wesley then joined UHY Hacker Young in 2005 as a Corporate Finance Analyst before moving to IHS Pharmaceutical Recruitment in 2006 as a Corporate Development Executive. At IHS, they were responsible for various aspects of corporate development, including identifying acquisition targets, negotiating key terms, and managing post-acquisition integration. In 2007, Wesley joined Hurst Morrison Thomson Corporate Finance LLP as a Manager in the Corporate Finance & Advisory Services team. Wesley worked on numerous transactions and gained valuable experience in deal execution. In 2011, they joined Crowe Clark Whitehill LLP as a Director in the Corporate Finance & Advisory Services department, where they played a key role in providing strategic advice to clients. Since 2014, Wesley has been working at Clearwater International Corporate Finance, initially as a Director in the Technology & Technology Services division and later promoted to Partner & Head of Technology & Technology Services. Wesley continues to lead in this role with a focus on advising clients in the technology sector.
Wesley Fell-Smith completed their education with a focus on corporate finance. Wesley first attended Prince Edward School from 1994 to 1999. Following this, they enrolled at Kingston University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies. Later, they pursued further studies at ICAEW and completed their CFq degree in Corporate Finance in 2011.
