Ben Grimes has a strong background in software engineering and development. Ben began their career at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center/Capitol College Space Operations Institute as a Software Developer and Systems Administrator. Ben then worked as a Software Developer at Bechtel, where they focused on developing desktop applications and assisting with .NET front-end programming. Ben then moved on to Vantage Strategy Consulting as a Web Developer, building websites primarily in Drupal and Wordpress and providing training to clients. Ben then joined MarketBridge as a Senior Programmer in Product Development, where they developed web-based applications for both internal and external clients and served as a technical consultant. In their role as a Senior Software Engineer at Proof, Ben built and maintained multiple products, worked closely with customers to address issues and improve the product, and configured microarchitecture services in AWS and GCP. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Engineer at Cleartrace, where they have rebuilt portions of the dashboard product, developed REST APIs, and updated and maintained data integrations with third-party APIs.

Ben Grimes attended Capitol Technology University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
