Dean Joson is a seasoned professional in the water management sector, currently serving as a Regional Account Manager at ClearTech since March 2021. In this role, Dean supports industrial and municipal water systems by identifying deficiencies and offering optimal solutions that include chemicals, instrumentation, pumps, and on-site services. Prior to this position, Dean worked as an Operator-in-Charge at the Ontario Clean Water Agency from May 2016 to March 2021, where responsibilities included the operation of the Arthur P. Kennedy drinking water treatment plant in Mississauga, Ontario. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Freshwater and Marine Biology from the University of Guelph and an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Advanced Water Systems and Operations Management from Fleming College.
