Vincent Pelzer has a strong background in configuration and change management, with experience in the aerospace industry. Vincent is currently working as a Configuration and Documentation Management (CADM) Manager at ClearSpace since March 2023. Prior to that, Vincent worked at Airbus as a Configuration Manager from September 2017 to February 2023. Vincent also gained experience at SOGECLAIR aerospace, where they held various roles in Configuration and Change Management, including Airbus Civil Programmes, SA & LR programmes, and Airbus A350 XWB. Vincent's career started at Airbus in 2011, specializing in Technical Change Management for SA & LR programmes. Before that, they worked at Eurocopter in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul for Governmental Helicopters in 2010.

Vincent Pelzer earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile. Vincent attended the institution from 2005 to 2011.
