Jaya Classen serves as the Co-Owner of Design Chicks since April 2020, combining a passion for interior design with a strong partnership alongside Nancy Waldman. Additionally, Jaya is an Advisory Board Member at ClearSight Health Inc., contributing to the advancement of cloud-based tools for the medical device industry. Previously, Jaya held the position of Head of Marketing and Brand Strategy at Medisys, a leader in executive health benefits in Canada, and served as VP of Business Development, Large Accounts at Marsh Canada Limited, focusing on multinational account growth. Jaya's career also includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Strategy Consultant at eHealth Ontario and as a Division Manager at Decision Resources Group. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University and a BSc (Honours) in Biomedical Toxicology from the University of Guelph, complemented by an exchange program at Curtin University.
