Ronald Wilson has over 40 years of work experience, beginning with their time in the US Navy from 1979. Ronald then joined Schneider Automation in 1993 as a Senior Materials Coordinator, followed by a role as an Inventory Control Analyst in 1999. In 2004, Ronald joined Production Line Support Inc as a Materials Supervisor. In 2005, they moved to Standard Electric Supply, where they served as a Pricing and Contracts Administrator and a Commercial Lighting Project Coordinator. In 2010, Ronald joined Schneider Electric as a Contractor. Most recently, they have been working at Granite City Electric Supply Co., Inc as a Project Manager since 2021, and at Scully Signal Company as a Materials Manager since 2021.

Ronald Wilson attended Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical High School from 1974 to 1979, where they earned a Diploma in Industrial Electronics. Ronald also attended Greater Lawrence Vocational High School during this same time period. Later, they obtained two Certificates from Merrimack College in Materials Management and Purchasing Management.
