Maz Boulos has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2008, Maz worked as a Program Coordinator at Cross Cultural Solutions until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Maz worked as a Consultant at Page Personnel - UK. Maz then worked at Chiswick Park Enjoy-Work, first as a Team Relations Co-Ordinator from 2010 to 2012, and then as a Team Relations Manager from 2012 to 2017. In 2018, Maz joined Applied Predictive Technologies as an HR Lead, EMEA. In 2019, Maz moved to Mastercard as a Director, HR Business Partner until 2021. In 2021, Maz worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant, and in 2022, Maz joined ClearScore as the Head of People and later transitioned to the role of People Lead.

Maz Boulos holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from the University of Reading. Additionally, Maz has obtained a certification in Human Resources Management from CIPD.
