Pauline C. Fournier, CPCC has over 10 years of experience in career coaching and consulting. Pauline C. is currently working as a Senior Career Transition Consultant at ClearRock, Inc. since 2018. Prior to this, they established their own coaching business, PCF Coaching, in 2009. From 2009 to 2018, they also served as a Lead Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison where they coached individuals at all levels in organizations, providing career management and job search strategies. Previously, they worked as a Group eMarketing Manager at Boston Scientific from 2006 to 2008.

Pauline C. Fournier, CPCC holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northeastern University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute.
