Shi Min Lee has a diverse range of work experience starting from an internship at Mattel South East Asia in 2015. After that, they worked as a Geek Squad at myBurgerLab and as a service crew at New Chapter by The Owls Cafe. In 2018, they interned as a trainee at Solidium Sdn. Bhd. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Translator at EndlessFantasy Translations. In 2020, they joined B2BE as a UI UX Designer. Currently, Shi Min Lee is working as an Experience Designer at ClearPoint since May 2022.

Shi Min Lee completed their education in a chronological manner. Shi Min attended Wesley Methodist School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained their Sijil Pendidikan Malaysia (SPM) in Secondary School. In 2014 and 2015, they studied at HELP Academy and pursued GCE A-Levels with a focus on Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. From 2016 to 2019, Shi Min attended Monash University Malaysia, where they obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering (Honours). Furthermore, they acquired additional certifications in Interaction Design: Interface from LinkedIn in March 2022 and in the International English Language Testing System from IDP Education Ltd in December 2014.
