Olga Kir is currently the Head of Customer Excellence at ClearOps: Empowering Supply Chain Excellence since December 2017. Prior to that, Olga worked as a Technical Support Engineer at the same company. Before joining ClearOps, Olga was a Software help desk engineer at ИНТЕРФОРУМ from November 2016 to December 2017. Olga obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from St. Petersburg State Technological Institute in 2020, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institute in 2016.
