Wael Charabati has over 13 years of work experience. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Engineering Intern at GuardAir Corporation. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Wind Resource Assessment Engineer at Oak Creek Energy Systems. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Turbine Engineering Intern at Det Norske Veritas (DNV). In 2011, they completed their Master's thesis and worked as a Turbine Engineering Intern at DNV. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as an R&D Engineer, System Dynamics and Loads at Ogin, Inc. From 2017 to present, they have been a Test Engineer at ClearMotion and an Independent Consultant at M4 Engineering, Inc.

Wael Charabati obtained a Master of Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2011, with a specialization in Wind Energy - Mechanical. Wael received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2007.
