Raj Shekhar Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience in the blockchain field. Raj Shekhar started their career at Infosys as a Systems Engineer and later became a Senior Systems Engineer. In 2016, they joined Nihilent Ltd as a Senior Blockchain Developer, where they worked on various projects including insurance, food traceability, and e-commerce. In 2018, Raj participated in the NSE Futuretech Blockchain Hackathon as a member of Team X. In 2019, they became the Lead Blockchain Engineer at InfiniChains, where they developed a traceability solution for the organic cotton supply chain. Currently, Raj is working at Clearmatics as the Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Blockchain, contributing to the research, development, and deployment of practical solutions for blockchain applications in the financial industry.

Raj Shekhar Bhardwaj completed their BTech in Computer Science from GLAITM between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Senior Secondary education in Science from St. Andrews Sr Sec School from 2006 to 2008. At the beginning of their educational journey, they completed their Highschool education in Science from St. Francis school, Agra UP between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, Raj Shekhar Bhardwaj has obtained certifications in Blockchain Architecture Design and Use Cases from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and in IBM Blockchain Essentials.
