Shashank Imarati has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they began their career as a Marketing Executive at HARMAN International. From there, they joined Langoor where they held positions as a Social Media Strategist and later as a Digital Marketing Manager, working with clients from around the world to develop effective marketing strategies. In 2017, they became the Digital Lead at RUOSH, leading brand and digital initiatives for the premium lifestyle brand. In 2019, Shashank joined Pethealth Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager, where they focused on bringing vitality to life through marketing efforts. Shashank then moved to Prodigy Education in 2021, continuing their role as a Product Marketing Manager. Currently, Shashank is working as a Product Marketing Manager at ClearGov, a position they started in February 2023.

Shashank Imarati completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Advertising from PES University, during the period of 2012-2014. In addition, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Cyber Security & Forensics from CDAC PUNE in 2012. Prior to that, Shashank obtained their Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Programming from Global Educare Foundation Global B.B.A College Vidya Nagar Hubli, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge, Shashank has also obtained several certifications. These include completing the Advanced Product Marketing course from LinkedIn in July 2021, the Conversion Rate Optimization course from Udemy in October 2019, the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in June 2019, and the Google Analytics certification from Google in May 2016.
