Susan R. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Susan started their career in 2000 as an Operations Analyst and Business Process Improvement specialist at SalutiCahn & Company, where they worked on projects for financial institutions. In 2001, they joined Symphoni Interactive as a Process Support & Improvement Consultant, working on process development and improvement projects for financial institutions such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

From 2004 to 2007, Susan worked at Fortix as an IT Documentation Specialist and later as a Project Specialist. In these roles, they managed certification projects, developed documentation, and worked on customer installation projects.

In 2006, Susan joined ViaWest as a Project Manager, where they developed and implemented new project management services and coordinated customer installations.

From 2007 to 2010, Susan worked at Medius Medical Concepts as a Project Manager, responsible for managing operations, logistics, and special projects. Susan also developed business and project documentation.

In 2012, Susan joined Bonneville Power Administration as a Program Support Specialist, where they supported the Project Management Office and tracked project budgets.

From 2013 to 2014, Susan worked at PECI as an IT Project Manager and later as a Senior IT Project Manager. In these roles, they managed critical projects, facilitated team meetings, and reported status to stakeholders.

Since 2014, Susan has been working at CLEAResult. Susan started as a Senior IT Project Manager and later became the Principal IT Project Manager. In these roles, they managed the transition to Azure cloud, oversaw Azure operations management, and managed budgets and vendor relationships. Currently, they hold the position of Director of IT Infrastructure, responsible for maintaining infrastructure across multiple locations and managing a budget.

Susan R. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Stonehill College from 1995 to 1999. Susan also has additional certifications in Project Management, including a Project Management Certification from Portland State University and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
