Ronny Oliver has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ronny currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at LBE Consultaing Services, a supplier diversity and procurement consulting service company. Prior to this, Ronny worked as the Partner Diversity Regional Lead at CLEAResult and as a Supply Chain Manager at Vigor, LLC. Ronny also gained experience as a Senior Procurement Analyst at Multnomah County, a Sr. Buyer/Supplier Diversity Coordinator at Unitech Composites, and a Buyer I at DEACONESS HOSPITAL INC. In addition, Ronny held positions such as Supply Chain Manager at Buck Knives, Purchasing Coordinator at Lead-Lok Inc., and Commodity/Supplier Diversity/Sustainability/Project Manager at Purcell Systems. Ronny started their career as a Supplier Diversity Consultant at O2SICC, where they developed and managed supplier diversity initiatives.

Ronny Oliver holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, which was obtained from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Whitworth University between 1998 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, Ronny has obtained several certifications, including the Alliance Supplier Diversity Professional certification from ALLIANCE OF SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROFESSIONAL INC in December 2021 and the OSHA 30-Hour certification from OSHA Safety Training Institute in 2019. Ronny has also acquired various certifications related to sustainable supply chains, purchasing, strategic negotiation, and supply chain risk and resilience from LinkedIn, with the obtained year listed as 2023.
