Rob McCubbins is an experienced executive with a diverse background in energy efficiency and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Biome Sciences LLC since May 2021, Rob guides the organization's mission of stewardship for life on Earth and beyond. In addition to this role, Rob has been with CLEAResult since November 2014, where responsibilities have included managing field operations and leading teams to achieve energy efficiency goals for major electric utilities in Texas. Rob also brings entrepreneurial expertise as the former owner of Heritage Inspections & Home Repair Services. Previously, Rob held multiple roles within Aptuit and served in the United States Air Force for 20 years, gaining extensive leadership experience. Rob holds a Building Analyst credential from the Building Performance Institute.
