Kristy Aradine

Kristy Aradine has a diverse background in compensation and HRIS roles. Kristy began their career as a Compensation Analyst at ICOS Corporation in 2003 before moving on to Nautilus as a Sr. Compensation Analyst in 2006. In 2007, they joined Starbucks as a Compensation Consultant, eventually advancing to the role of Sr. Manager, Compensation. Kristy then transitioned to Corbis in 2014 as a Director, Compensation & HRIS before joining CLEAResult in 2016. At CLEAResult, Kristy held the positions of Director, Compensation & HRIS, Head of Total Rewards & People Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards & People Operations. Kristy'swork has focused on managing compensation programs, streamlining administration, and supporting program communication and implementation.

Kristy Aradine received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Willamette University in 1995. Kristy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) for Business, Government, and Not-for-Profit Management from Willamette University, which they completed in 1997.
