Keaton Hay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account development and sales within the talent management software industry, currently serving as Manager of Account Development at ClearCompany Talent Management Software since August 2018. Prior roles at ClearCompany include Sales Executive and Account Development Representative, focusing on applicant tracking systems, onboarding, and performance management software. Keaton earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with a Spanish minor from Rollins College, where involvement included serving as a Judicial Board Member for Chi Psi Fraternity and interning in various roles including International Operations Intern at Ship Sticks and Public Defender Attorney Intern at the Larimer County Public Defender’s Office. Keaton further advanced education with an MBA from Colorado State University in late 2020, complementing a foundation in sports marketing through an internship with the Fort Collins Foxes.
