Django is the Chief Technology Officer of ClearCompany. Prior to joining ClearCompany, Django was the founder and CTO of HireAbility where he created innovative CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Applicant Tracking software for companies with a worldwide presence. He also created a distributed grid computing solution that allowed the largest job boards in the world to process millions of resumes per hour.

Since 1995 Django has been creating solutions for complex software and hardware problems, from wireless webcasts on mountain tops to designing and building high volume software packages for Fortune 500 companies.
 In the early days of the web, he designed and rolled out some of the earliest large-scale database driven auction and real-estate websites.

Django graduated from Clarkson University with degrees in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science and Business. Django believes technology can be understood by anyone and enjoys translating the world of technology into terms that anyone can grasp.
