Jeff Barbieri is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in contact center technology and software development. Currently serving as a Strategic Program Manager at ClearCaptions, LLC since August 2020, Jeff has previously held senior roles at Eventus Solutions Group, where enterprise-level contact center technology implementations were managed, and at Direct Technology, leading a software development team for energy efficiency solutions. With a foundational career beginning at Eclipse Networks, Jeff has developed expertise in overseeing call center projects across various industries, collaborating with clients to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
