Michael Lisitsa began their work experience in 2013 as an Engineer (Asset Management) at VicTrack, where they reviewed civil and structural plans for compliance with railway standards and provided consultation on planning and property concerns. Michael then joined Jacobs in 2016 as an Engineer (Structural Design), where they created calculations and engineering drawings for bridges and other structures, led off-shore engineers, and gained experience in programming, sketching, and CAD modelling. In 2021, they transitioned to ClearCalcs as an Engineer (Structural Design), where they created math and engineering calculators, offered technical support, and received mentoring to develop programming skills. In 2022, they took on a role as a Junior Software Developer at ClearCalcs, shipping front-end features using React JS and Typescript and working effectively with Mobx for state management and server caching.
Michael Lisitsa's education history includes attending General Assembly Melbourne in 2021, where they completed a 10-week part-time course in React Development. Prior to that, they attended Monash University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) and German Language.
