Debbie Lamb is an experienced System Engineer and Subject Matter Expert at clearAvenue, LLC, providing technical guidance for the Defense Information Systems of Security (DISS) PMO since July 2017. Previous roles include Team Lead Project Manager at Salient CRGT, Inc., where Debbie developed a high-performing team and managed project budgets, and Senior Functional Analyst at the same company, coordinating the Product Development Life Cycle. Additional experience includes roles at Northrop Grumman as Engineer Systems Test Team Lead, 7Delta, Inc. as Sr. Application Analyst/Lead Tester, Engility Corporation as Senior Associate/System Analyst, and earlier positions as Program Manager at AHCC and Associate at Booz Allen. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Bowie State University and another Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland.
