Shawn C. has a work history that spans over several years in various roles. Starting in 1997, they worked at Hull Trading in multiple positions, including Trading Systems Operations Team Lead, Unix Systems Administrator, and Back Office Support Developer. In 2003, they worked as a Trading System Admin at ABN/Amro before joining Citadel Investment Group as a Senior Developer. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at the Chicago Trading Company, where they were responsible for gathering and reporting on trading system performance. They then moved on to Market Track, where they worked as the Director of Digital Systems, maintaining and modernizing the ad data gathering infrastructure. In 2017, they joined The Perl Foundation as a Perl Conference Committee member, focusing on website upkeep and communication updates. In 2015, they joined Cognitive Capital, LLC as a Data Science Engineer, responsible for data gathering, processing, and reporting. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Clear Street as a Software Engineer for the reference & market data team, where they collect, curate, validate, and deliver factual data sources. Additionally, Shawn C. has experience as a Board Member at Steel City FC since 2021.
