Barry Downing is an experienced professional in IT service management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Delivery at Clear Skye since August 2021. Prior to this role, Barry worked at PNC from July 2010 to August 2021 in various capacities, including IT Service Management Process Manager, Collaboration Program Manager, and Continuous Improvement Engineer.
