David Whitmer, MBA is the CEO/President of DC Capital Consulting, LLC since 2004, specializing in high-density projects with desirable amenities in high demand areas. David also owns CLEAR MORTGAGE and works as a realtor for Equity Real Estate, LLC. Additionally, David has experience as the Director of Operations at Arise Strategies, a Senior Business Consultant at Professional Marketing International, and a Senior Business Analyst at ROI-NA. Prior to their career in consulting and real estate, David served in the US Navy as an Assistant Strike Operations Officer/JFACC. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the US Naval Academy and an MBA from Westminster University.
