Sam Kwong, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in recruiting and consulting services, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Clear Match Talent since December 2018, focusing on high-growth VC-backed startup companies. Alongside this role, Kwong co-founded Evolution Learning Academy in July 2015, dedicated to providing tutoring and mentorship services for youth. Previous positions include Head of Talent and Talent Acquisition Lead at Indiegogo from June 2019 to May 2022, and Division Director and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from March 2017 to November 2018. Kwong holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary and has furthered education in Oil & Gas Production Accounting at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, with ongoing studies in Mandarin at National Taiwan University.
