With a background in Chemical Engineering, Bei-Shen has a wealth of experience in process development and engineering, especially in the fields of microarrays, liquid crystal light valves, and optoelectronics. Bei-Shen has also been involved in the development of next-generation platforms for diagnostics and has shown expertise in resourcing planning and team growth.
