Michael Chang has a diverse work experience across various industries. Michael is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Clear Health, an end-to-end digital clinic for chronic and severe skin diseases. At Clear Health, they simplify complex treatment cycles for patients and physicians through seamless telemedicine evaluations, prescription fulfillment, and digitized administrative/safety management. Michael focuses on integrating dermatology and behavioral health to provide a collaborative care approach for chronic skin conditions. Previously, they were a Co-Founder of Nefaire, a brick-and-mortar facial shop concept that they successfully built from scratch to profitability with 13 employees. Michael also worked in consumer private equity at Roark Capital Group, venture capital at IDEA Fund Partners, private equity at Poplar Partners, and corporate finance at Bridgewater Associates.

Michael Chang attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied Finance. Michael completed their education at this institution in 2015.
