Tim Cooper is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and CEO at Clear Fork Bank. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Chairman, President, and CEO at First State Bank Spearman. Their extensive experience in the banking industry includes serving as an SVP at FirstBank Southwest. Tim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University and also completed the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking program at Southern Methodist University.
