Kathy also worked as a Hedge Accounting Analyst at Chatham Financial, focusing on efficiency enhancements, and as a Senior Corporate Accountant at SM Energy Company, leading month-end close processes and improving financial reporting practices. Early career experience includes an Associate position at PwC, primarily in the financial services sector, emphasizing internal controls and risk assessment.
