Ahana Banerjee's work experience starts in 2019 with a spring internship at Nomura, where they worked in the Tech + Media + Telecoms (TMT) team in the Investment Banking division. Ahana secured a return offer for the following year. In the same year, they also worked as a Technology Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they built a full-stack project and took it through deployment. Ahana also served as a Campus Ambassador for Morgan Stanley and participated in their Spring Insight week.

In 2020, Ahana worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at UBS, focusing on M&A and corporate broking. Ahana secured a full-time offer. Ahana also co-founded Quill, a company they worked on until December 2020.

In 2021, Ahana became a Fellow at Founders of the Future and started their own company, Clear, where they serve as the Founder and CEO.

In 2022, they joined Sigma Squared Society as a Fellow, which is a global community of entrepreneurs aiming to transform industries and create positive impact.

Additionally, Ahana held leadership roles at Imperial College Union, including Raising and Giving Chair and Raising and Giving Vice Chair, where they were responsible for charity fundraising and coordinating events.

Ahana also worked as the Director of Varsity Careers Hub, a tech-driven startup focused on streamlining the graduate recruitment process.

Ahana Banerjee completed their high school education at The Catholic High School in Chester from 2010 to 2013. Ahana then attended The American Embassy School in New Delhi from 2013 to 2015 for their high school studies. Ahana went on to pursue an International Baccalaureate Diploma at UWC South East Asia from 2015 to 2017, with a focus on HL Maths, HL Physics, HL English Literature, SL French, SL Chemistry, SL ESS, and a Physics Extended Essay.

After completing their diploma, Ahana enrolled at Imperial College London in 2017 to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics. Ahana successfully completed their degree program in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Ahana obtained several certifications and participated in various programs. In 2017, they earned the International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate institution. In 2018, they completed the "Introduction to Corporate Finance" course from Coursera and the "Learn to Program in Java" course from Microsoft. In 2020, Ahana participated in the BCG Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program offered by InsideSherpa. Ahana also completed the Startup School program offered by Y Combinator in December 2020.
