Silas Mähner is the Founder of ErthTech Talent, established after four years as a Headhunter and Ecosystem Builder in ClimateTech. Mähner also co-founded and co-hosts the CleanTechies Podcast, focusing on collaborative efforts to address the climate crisis. As a member of Top Tier Impact and The Lumen Institute, Mähner actively contributes to the global impact community and integrates faith with work. Formerly a Team Lead at NextWave Partners, Mähner led recruitment efforts in CleanTech and Sustainability, achieving multiple promotions and significant placements. Additional roles include marketing specialist at Perspektive Media Group and field agent at Knights of Columbus Insurance, along with involvement in career development initiatives through Career Hackers. Mähner's educational background includes diverse learning experiences and a high school diploma in Economics.
