Xzavier Mitchell has worked as a Mining Ops employee at CleanSpark since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Site Engineer at Mawson from May to October 2022. Before entering the workforce, Xzavier served as a Student Assistant at Georgia College & State University from August 2020 to May 2021.

Xzavier Mitchell completed their high school education at Baldwin High School in 2020 and received a High School Diploma. Following that, from 2018 to 2020, they attended GMC - Georgia Military College, where they pursued Associate of Arts and Sciences in General Studies. Currently, they are enrolled in Georgia College & State University and is likely to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems in 2024. In January 2021, Xzavier obtained a certification in "Embracing Unexpected Change" from LinkedIn.
