Rafael Villafana

Mining Operations Tech Level 1 at CleanSpark

Rafael Villafana's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in the technology industry. Rafael started their career as a Senior Help Desk Technician at Hunter Warfield, where they provided support for employees in multiple locations and managed various systems and software. Rafael then worked as a Deployment Team member at Sayers, traveling to different hospitals to deploy and replace computers. At HPH Hospice, Rafael served as an MIS Technician, troubleshooting server and equipment issues. Rafael later joined CR Bard as an Information Technology Specialist, providing support for over 7000 employees. Rafael also worked at Advantage Behavioral Health Systems as a Help Desk Support and Help Desk Support I, where they provided technical support to customers. Rafael then joined SysAid Technologies Ltd. as a Senior Customer Support Engineer, providing worldwide phone support for customers. Most recently, Rafael worked at Raytheon Technologies as an Onboarding/Crossboarding Specialist, assisting employees with account management and resolving customer issues. Currently, they hold the role of Mining Operations Tech Level 1 at CleanSpark.

Rafael Villafana obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Engineering Technology from Remington College-Tampa Campus, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
