Anna Pullman-Rainbolt has a diverse range of work experience in various IT roles. Anna started their career as a System Administrator at Anthem Health Systems and later worked at Boehringer Mannheim/Roche as a Helpdesk technician. Anna then served as an IT Manager at Banc One Mortgage, where they were responsible for managing system application delivery. Anna then joined Indiana Organ Procurement as a System Administrator, overseeing technology needs and network installations. Anna then joined OneAmerica as a Lotus Domino Architect/Administrator, leading a team in designing and supporting the messaging and Domino application platform. Anna then worked at Tek Systems as a Notes Admin before joining Hillrom as a Sr. Collaboration Architect. At Hillrom, they led the collaboration team, managing messaging environments and supporting regulatory requirements. Anna then worked at Celadon Trucking Services Inc as an Email and Mobile Architect, where they were responsible for system design and administration. Currently, they are working at CleanSlate Technology Group as the Director of IT Operations, overseeing IT operations and developing processes and standards.
Anna Pullman-Rainbolt began their education at Ben Davis High School, where they studied business, art, and French from 1981 to 1985. Anna then attended the University of Southern Indiana from 1984 to 1986, focusing on psychology education. After completing their time at the University of Southern Indiana, Anna pursued a degree in computer technology at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from 1989 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, Anna obtained various certifications from institutions such as ServiceNow, IBM, and LinkedIn. Notable certifications include "Learning SharePoint Online" from LinkedIn in October 2020, "ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management" from ServiceNow in July 2019, and several certifications from IBM in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
