Brigid Leahy is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in financing transactions, having served as Senior Associate, Counsel at CleanCapital since September 2023. Prior roles include Counsel at BQ Energy Development, LLC, and Finance Attorney at Legility and Mayer Brown, where Brigid represented financial institutions and corporate borrowers in various financing arrangements, while also actively participating in the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) group. Early career experience includes roles as Attorney-Advisor at the National Endowment for the Humanities, In-House Counsel at Axiom, and Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Associate at David Christian Attorneys LLC. Brigid holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from The George Washington University, complemented by study at Universidad de Salamanca.
