Rebecca Napoli is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and administration. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Cleanaway Waste Management since September 2024, Rebecca has previously held similar roles at NHP Electrical Engineering Products and THG, where responsibilities included HR management in Australia. Rebecca’s career began at eStore Logistics, progressing from an Administration Assistant to HR & Payroll Manager. A foundational internship was completed at Diversitat, enhancing HR skills early on. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from La Trobe University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
