Jim Ludlow began their career in 2014 as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Kelly Services. In 2015, they accepted a Senior Technical Recruiter role at Nova Management Inc., where they were responsible for all Engineering and IT recruitment in California. In 2016, they joined Whazindu, LLC as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2018, they moved to RemX | The Workforce Experts as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2019, they joined Partners Personnel as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they accepted a Senior Recruiter role at ManpowerGroup. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Talent Partner - Contract for Flowcarbon, a leading climate tech company built on blockchain. Jim also accepted a Senior Technical Recruiter role at Job MobZ, a technical RPO firm based in the SF Bay Area, and a Senior Talent Partner - Contract role at 6sense, a company that helps revenue teams identify and close more opportunities. Lastly, they accepted a Senior Technical Recruiter - Contract role at dYdX, the leading DeFI protocol and decentralized exchange.
