Joseph Cabral is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in external affairs and communications. Currently serving as the External Affairs Manager at Clean Power Alliance since October 2020, Joseph oversees the execution of communications strategies for the largest provider of 100% renewable energy in the nation. Previously, Joseph held the position of Partnerships Specialist at the U.S. Census Bureau from November 2019 to October 2020 and served as Communications Manager for the City of Lancaster from October 2008 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Joseph was the Director of Marketing & Communications for The Salvation Army, focusing on the Southern California Division. Joseph holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and an Advanced Executive Certificate in Media Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, along with a BA in Journalism and Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
