Debra Douglass has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 with Clean Harbors, where they held various roles. Debra began as a Billing Representative and eventually became a Lead Billing Representative and then a Billing Supervisor. Debra then transitioned to the IT department and worked as a Software QA Engineer, responsible for testing and reviewing code builds. Debra later became an IT Project Manager and a Business Process Architect. Most recently, they served as a Principal Product Owner/ Platform Owner. Prior to Clean Harbors, Debra worked at Verizon Wireless as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Sales Representative.
Debra Douglass earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from Bridgewater State University in the years 2004 to 2009. Debra later pursued a Master of Science - MS in Computer and Information Sciences, General at Khoury College of Computer Sciences from 2018 to 2020.
