Eme Torlai has a diverse work experience in the clean energy industry. They started their career in 2012 as a Business Development Specialist at BAF (A Clean Energy Company), where they provided internal support for the national account sales team and developed relationships with Fortune 500 companies. In 2013, they joined Clean Energy Fuels as an Account Manager, leading efforts to drive increased sales of natural gas fuel in the Southeast US. They worked closely with existing customers and expanded their usage by collaborating with various organizations. In 2019, Eme joined Schneider Electric as an Account Executive, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Eme is working at Clean Energy as a Sr. Business Development Manager and will soon transition to the role of Director, Business Development starting in 2023.

Eme Torlai attended Southern Methodist University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Their major was in Marketing and they minored in Spanish.
