Leigh Suter serves as a Senior Associate for Market and Policy Innovation at the Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) since May 2022, where the organization facilitates clean energy procurement for U.S. energy customers. Suter is also a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, contributing to leadership development in the clean energy sector. Previous roles include Manager of Educational Programs at the Smart Electric Power Alliance, and Manager of Operations and Policy at the Chesapeake Solar & Storage Association, both focused on advancing sustainable energy initiatives. Early career experiences include various positions at SolUnesco, IO Sustainability LLC, and the George Mason University Center for Climate Change Communication, all emphasizing environmental policy and sustainability. Suter holds a Master of Public Policy from the George Mason University Schar School and a BA in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from George Mason University.
