Doug Hayes is an experienced board member and executive with a robust background in business development and leadership within the chemical and oilfield sectors. Currently serving as a board member for Clean Chemistry and NEXGEN Oilfield Chemicals, Doug also held key positions such as Vice President of Business Development at Fluid Delivery Solutions and Chief Commercial Officer at KP Engineering, LP. Doug's prior experience includes leadership roles at Republic Chemicals LLC, Clariant where Doug was Global Head of the Business Line for Oil Services, Rockwater Energy Solutions as Senior Vice President, and a long tenure at Baker Hughes. Doug's career began at Champion Technologies, where Doug managed international operations.
